Pocket heart cards are hand made and each heart is one of a kind. Designed and created by Sarah Logemann. Each heart is made from tiny pieces of glass layered and then fired in a kiln to 1450°F. Upon completion they are attached to a blank folded greeting card and slid into a protective plastic sleeve along with an envelope and cute ideas to write inside.
please note hearts are about 1” and attached by a small dot of removable adhesive so the receiver may keep in their pocket or on a special table to remember the person who shared it with them.
Hearts are made up of scrap glass from other projects. We save even the smallest pieces of glass from larger projects to avoid waste and create something beautiful.

If you would like to send this card in the mail we advise you to pop it in a bubble envelope to protect it from damage.
If you can't decide feel free to choose artist choice. I am always making new hearts and do not always have time to get them individually online.
