About the artist
Sarah Logemann grew up with a love of art. Having a Mother who was an art teacher and a father who joined her mother in filling the house with art, art was all around her. During her teenage years, she learned how to blow glass at the Center for Creative Studies, Detroit, MI. She continued her glass education at Horizons, (now known as Snow Farm). In college, she attained a BFA in Art Photography from Syracuse University. After college, she opened her own portrait Studio capturing children and families, along with corporate portraits and events. She closed her studio to pursue her dream of being a mother, and has since been raising 3 beautiful children. She always felt like her artistic calling was to be a glass artist. Her first kiln formed glass ideas came from photographs she has taken of different places she visited that brought her joy. Others were created in search of joy. She believes all forms of art help you express your feelings. In the creation of the art you allow your feelings to exist and find a place, and in someone purchasing your art, you give that person a chance to explore their feelings through your art.

Owner of Sarah Anne Studios photography studio. Clients included National Association of Woman Business Owners, Gordon Chevrolet, several Detroit Area banks and businesses along with numerous private families. Her photographs were also featured on the cover of Dealer magazine.
