I have always been intrigued with how glass and water seem similar, and how mother nature and human nature are also alike. The one constant being that they are ever changing.
When you sit at the beach perhaps on vacation, or as a break to breathe in the ocean air, the waves roll in one after another. The waves look different throughout the day based on the light, the weather, the moon, and the time of year. Each wave is the same because they all come in, crash the shore and retreat back, to gather and crash again.
This wave was created to celebrate the crash. The way the water sprays above the wave creating the salt air. The way the wave sounds when it happens, the way it feels to be at peace in the repetitive sound of waves crashing. To remind you that you are part of the earth and this life, and just as the the crashing wave withstands the elements, you too will survive the storms, enjoy the sunshine, and remember to breathe.
